Reflection can be learned! With this motto, Koos Roseboom started Morals at Work in 2011. Koos is an organisational adviser with a background in philosophy and theatre. It irritated him that a lack of reflection and self-awareness can have such large implications for communities and the society.
This lack of reflection and self-awareness is proven continuously by the never-ending flow of fraud reports and discrimination. Because the existing resources obviously do not prevent breaches of integrity and exclusion, Morals at Work developed several exceptional new game and training methods for Morals at Work.
